• Conversation Metadata: Session titles, timestamps, and quality indicators.

1.2 Information We DO NOT Collect

ilmora does not collect, transmit, or have access to:

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Location data
• Usage analytics or telemetry
• Crash reports or diagnostics
• Your conversations or prompts
• Any other personal or sensitive data

2. How We Use Your Information

Since all processing occurs on your device:

• Local AI Processing: Your conversations are processed by AI models running entirely on your device to generate responses.
• Memory & Context: Chat history is used to provide conversational context and memory features within the app.
• App Functionality: Settings and preferences are used to customize your experience.

Important: None of this information is ever transmitted to external servers, third parties, or the app developers.

3. Data Storage and Security

3.1 Local Storage

All data is stored in your device's private app storage directory, protected by Android's security model. Only ilmora can access this data (unless you grant explicit file access permissions to other apps).

3.2 No Cloud Storage

ilmora does not use any cloud services, remote databases, or external storage. Your data stays on your device.

3.3 Data Encryption

Data stored by ilmora benefits from Android's built-in encryption features if you have device encryption enabled.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

ilmora does not share, sell, rent, or transmit any user data to third parties because:

• The app operates completely offline
• No analytics services are integrated
• No advertising networks are used
• No backend servers exist
• No third-party SDKs that collect data are included

5. Permissions

ilmora requests only the minimum permissions necessary for core functionality:

Required Permissions:

• Storage Access (READ/WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): Required to:
  • Load AI model files (.GGUF) from your device storage
  • Save and load chat sessions
  • Export conversations to JSON
  • Import conversations from JSON

Permissions NOT Required:

• Internet access (INTERNET permission not declared)
• Location access
• Camera or microphone access
• Contacts access
• Phone state or identity

6. Children's Privacy

ilmora does not knowingly collect any information from children. Since the app operates entirely offline and collects no personal data, it is safe for users of all ages. However, parental supervision is recommended for children under 13 using AI tools.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

7.1 User Control

You have complete control over your data:

• Delete individual chat sessions from within the app
• Clear all chat history using the app's settings
• Uninstall the app to remove all data permanently
• Manually delete files from the app's storage directory

7.2 Automatic Deletion

Uninstalling ilmora from your device will automatically delete all app data, including chat history, settings, and downloaded models (unless you choose to keep app data during uninstallation).

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

As ilmora does not collect personal data, traditional data rights (access, correction, deletion requests) are not applicable. However, you have absolute control over all locally stored data through the app interface or by uninstalling the app.

ilmora allows you to load third-party AI models in GGUF format. Please note:

• Models are processed entirely on your device
• No model outputs are transmitted externally
• The app developers are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party models
• Users should obtain models from trusted sources

ilmora can be used anywhere in the world. Since no data is transmitted or stored on external servers, international data transfer regulations (such as GDPR) regarding cross-border data flows are not applicable. All data remains on your device.
